General Venue Terms and Conditions

  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah.
  • Online bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.
  • Accepted form of payment via online system is credit card and PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Master Card.
  • After completing your booking an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
  • Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at Reception.
  • If you cannot produce booking confirmation or valid ID in booking name then the reservation will be denied and no refunds provided.
  • Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.
  • Cafe Del Mar Bali and Amana Events strictly forbids the on selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.
  • All Vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance prior to entering the premises.
  • No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club.
  • You agree to let us inspect any bags or other goods in your possession upon entering Cafe Del Mar premises. All items not permitted will labelled and held by security until departure.
  • No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with Cafe Del Mar Marketing Department.
  • Balloons and decorations are not permitted
  • No weapon or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue. The exception to this rule if our in-house Police or when we have Police or Army escorting VIP Guest, Politicians etc
  • No animals allowed in the venue.
  • Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.
  • Amana Events reserves the right to change venue layout without notice.
  • All bottles, merchandise and donations purchased online are in addition to minimum spend.
  • All information given to Cafe Del Mar Bali and Amana Events must be accurate and current.

Refund Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, any bookings will receive 100% refund if the venue is closed or special event cancelled for any reason.

Special Events

  • Amana Events reserves the right to change the artist line-up at any time. No refunds will be issued in the event of any change to artist line-up.
  • Food & beverage credit can be loaded onto cashless wristbands.
  • Refunds for unused credit are available up to 24 hours after the event.
  • To claim refund wristband must be in one piece secured to wrist.
  • Individual ticket wristbands cannot combine minimum spend value
  • No ticket upgrades available once wristband has been issued
  • No refunds given for cut or broken wristbands.
  • Special Event Menu Applies

Dress Code
Smart Casual Dress Standard applies:

  • It is a white party – be dressed in white.
  • Male – t shirts, shorts/boardshorts and thongs/sandals are the minimum dress
  • Female – shirt, blouse, shorts, sarong and footwear are the minimum dress

Force Majeure

  • If for any reason Cafe Del Mar or Amana Events Management determine that services purchased can not be provided in full, the booking date may be amended free of charge or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances. Potential Force Majeure conditions include but are not limited to volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism or government actions.

Important Information

  • By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with water-sports and other activities at our beach club and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment.
  • Cafe Del Mar Bali has a zero-tolerance policy for bad behaviour that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.
  • Cafe Del Mar reserves the right to evict guest or complete group immediately excessive damage or nuisance or unlawful activities occurs. If required, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted. Our decision is finals and nil refund will be given in this case.
  • We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Cafe Del Ma Bali.
  • All personal belongings are solely the guests responsibility. Cafe Del Ma Bali takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.
  • Restrictions or limitations on access to the beach club and beach may be imposed at any time.
  • We may close the complete beach club, specific areas and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is effected Cafe Del Ma Bali or Amana Events Reservations will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
  • We reserve the rights to modify these conditions at any time.
  • I understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purpose.
